I love my floors! Marty was a dream to work with. At no time did I feel like he was trying to "sell" me on something that I did not want. At the in-home estimate and measurements, he came on time with plenty of samples and gave honest and genuine feedback on the quality of his products and what would work for my space. Our initial conversations felt at ease, like I was talking to someone that wanted me to get the best product for me and was just sharing knowledge. Given my timeline, Marty told me of his upcoming scheduling conflicts and gave me dates when each part of the job would be done. Everything was done on time and when promised. Marty always responded promptly via email, text and phone. I would and have recommended him without hesitation. His pricing fit the budget that I allocated/estimated for the flooring. Thanks Marty again....and did I say I love my floors?

I had a specific rug pattern and dimensions in mind for a hall runner. Marty arrived at my home with a large sample of my rug choice. He verified the runner measurements, discussed all aspects of piecing the rug, thickness of the pad (doors would open onto the rug), in short provided excellent professional advice. I would highly recommend Marty of Floor Coverings International to anyone considering various carpet styles for their home. The runner looks terrific in the front hall, thank you, Marty!!!! Marilyn

I can not say enough good things about Marty from Floor Coverings International. He was professional the whole way through..from our first phone conversation, a very nice guy. The whole process was easy & efficient & the floor is beautiful! We love the laminate we picked out. We will calling Marty soon to get our bedrooms done next! Thank you Marty & team!!!

Marty and his team were complete professionals throughout the carpet buying and installation process. Marty was prompt and responsive in all of our communications. He provided guidance and education on what might work best in our home. We never felt pressured to buy, and felt Marty kept our best interests in mind, recommending carpet that was both high quality and reasonably priced. The installation was done professionally. Everything in the process went exactly as Marty had described. We could not be happier with our beautiful carpet!

Marty and the team were very professional and responsive throughout the process. We recently moved into a new house and determined we need a carpet runner for our stairs. Marty brought out all of his samples and was able to show multiple examples the team had done for the styles we liked. I never felt like he was pushing me to buy, but wanted to make sure we were well informed. We decided to go with his team and within 3 weeks of our initial meeting, had our runner installed and it looks great! I highly recommend Marty+ Floor Coverings International to anyone. I highly recommend Floor Covering International. We had a water leak from the refrigerator, so we hired the company install new flooring in the Kitchen area and refinish the whole hardwood floors to match the color. I was very pleased to work with Marty who is very knowledgeable, responsive and respectable. His team arrived on time and did an outstanding job. The color came out just as they had promised and the quality of the work is excellent. Marty constantly checked the work and us during the whole process, and I appreciate his professionality and courtesy.

Worked with Marty at Floor coverings International. I had recently decided to redo half my house, which involved flooring for 5 rooms. Marty and his team were very professional, and they got it done in ONE day! Everything looks fantastic and I love the fact the there is a smooth transition between all the floors. I would heartily recommend this company: professional; on time; and pleasant to work with. Here is a picture of one of the rooms finished.

Marty and his team at Floor Coverings Intl in Cary really were fantastic! When we first started shopping for carpet, we didn't know where to begin or what to ask. We went to the warehouse stores but couldn't get much help or detailed explanations. We called other independent stores and they were pretty good, but we felt unimportant and still largely uninformed. Marty Hartwell from FCI came to our home and brought a huge assortment of samples we could browse in our own home. He helped us narrow our choices to just a few and uktimaulti the one best choice. Installation could not have gone better and we love our new Berber carpet. Totally love our new room! Thank you, Marty. Happy to recommend him to anyone who wants flooring done right.

My master bedroom floors are amazing! Their installers showed up when they were suppose to, worked quickly and matched the stain to our existing 9 year old floors exactly. We could not be happier.
